At Nibras, we see the real value of compliance with international standards.
This is not about ticking boxes and passing audits; the processes that are required to pass a client’s due diligence checks are ingrained in our working routines because we know they represent best practice and make us a better service provider.
An important component of our compliance culture is our emphasis on training. We have a dedicated expat-led training team which is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our in-house staff training as well as engaging with external subject matter experts.
All Nibras drivers receive a RoSPA Level 2 International Award in Defensive Driving, which is supplemented with on-the-job skills training throughout their career with us. For medical training, all team members undertake the 2-day course First Aid in Hostile Environment with CPR-AED Training delivered by an internationally accredited training provider before receiving more advanced, specialized instruction from local medical trainers.
