About Us
We are a company that focuses on relationships.
Whether that be our relationship with clients or with our staff, these connections are what keep us motivated and fuel the passion of our work. We are proud of the personal relationships we develop with our clients, some of which we’ve partnered with since 2011.
There is always a need for process in business but what makes our company different is how we take the time to learn about our clients and develop deeper connections with their in-country staff and international management.
These connections with individuals create a trust that goes beyond the boardroom; we are entrusted with an organization’s people, therefore we have to prove that we’re fully committed to their safety and well-being.
Our relationship with our colleagues is just as important. We are big enough to fulfil clients’ large projects but small enough to know each and every one of our team. We care for them and ensure their pay and conditions are the best in standard.
As a team, we celebrate success together and bond together when times are hard. Every member of our team has a voice that is listened to and an opinion that is valued. This covenant we share with them ensures that our services are delivered by enthusiastic, capable and confident individual team members who deliver a great service.

We offer our clients the longest and most consistent operational footprint of security providers in Libya, bar none.
Founded shortly after the 2011 revolution, Nibras has been supporting international clients in Libya from the very start of the country’s new chapter in history. In this time, we’ve supported key players in all sectors from oil and gas, communications, power generation, engineering, finance and consulting.
Our teams have worked in all the major cities and towns of Libya as well as the most remote desert locations. When an organization partners with Nibras, they tap into this previous experience plus our current and expanding network of ongoing client missions, that provide us with a true reflection of the security picture in Libya.
