MOBILE SECURITY TEAMS

Nibras can provide dedicated Mobile Security Teams (MST) which can service a client’s journey management needs 7 days per week. The selection of the manpower and vehicles for a client’s MST is based on several factors including their profile, location and an up to date risk assessment of the current security environment.

MSTs are commanded by an English-speaking Libyan Team Leader who coordinates the team’s daily tasks as well as being the close protection officer. Drivers are Libyan nationals with prior security industry experience who have received defensive driver training as well as regular testing by an external instructor.

NIBRAS VEHICLES

The exact type of vehicle in an MST is agreed in advance depending on the seating capacity required by the client. All vehicles are equipped with:

  • Full insurance

  • Self-recovery equipment

  • First aid kit

  • Fire extinguisher

  • Flashlight

  • Primary GSM communications

  • Satellite communication for emergency use

  • Vehicle tracking device monitored from the Nibras Operations Centre

  • All necessary paperwork to access client sites and operate across the region

SECURITY TEAM LEADER

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Previous experience of the security industry

  • Basic first aid knowledge and capable of providing initial medical care in case of a serious incident

  • Excellent knowledge of the city

  • Knowledge of other main urban areas in Libya

  • Previous experience of leading small teams

GUARDS

Nibras can provide clients with total man guarding solutions at their offices, warehouses and accommodation sites. Nibras provides its guards with a detailed training package based around bespoke Standard Operating and Emergency Response Procedures, which are developed by the Nibras Country Manager. Guards are supervised by the local operations manager and the Nibras Operations Centre provides the first line of response in case of an incident.

DRIVER

  • Full and clean driving license

  • A working knowledge of English

  • Defensive driver trained

We provide the following supporting services to our guard forces:

  • Reserve guards to cover vacations, illness, absence at no additional cost

  • Comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each site

  • Emergency Response Procedures (ERPs) and practice drills for the guards and client staff at the site

  • Regular visits by a supervisor as well as a checking-in service at night

  • Initial training as well as on-the-job training for the duration of the contract

  • Uniforms and search equipment

  • Mobile phone and SIM card plus credit • VHF radio and Skype communications with Operations Centre
